For the previous twenty years constitutional and political landscape of the region which is used to be called Central and Eastern Europe (this definition itself is rather controversial) has changed dramatically. The processes of transformation not only simply continue, but also get the new power, changing the given direction very often. We invite scholars from different countries to join the Conference multi-discipline discussion which will be devoted to the following key issues:
  • theory of democratic transit and constitutional changes in Central and Eastern Europe, Russia and CIS countries;
  • influence of external and internal factors to the integration and disintegration processes in formation of the national sovereignty of the mentioned countries;
  • contribution of the constitutional revolutions and reforms in civil society and the rule-of-law state development and the reasons of difficulties and failures on the modern stage;
  • debates on the form of government, separation of powers and defining its correlation in the context of its influence on political-legal space configuration;
  • place of the constitutional courts in the development of political and legal systems;
  • political, administrative and judicial reforms in the comparative perspective;
  • analysis of the results of the transitional processes and the correlation between reformate and restoration tendencies in Post-Soviet countries.

Among the key reporters will be the leading specialists in Constitutional Law and Political Science.
