The Forum continues the series of international meetings of constitutional justices and lawyers, which have such purposes as - development of the modern constitutional theory and practice of modern constitutional law, studying actual problem of development of the constitutional control and expansion of international cooperation.

The subject area of the Form will deal with such questions as:

  • freedom of property and freedom of entrepreneurship;
  • protection of state property and private property;
  • the concept of public property;
  • constitutional limitations of state influence in the economy and in enterprises, in general and in times of crisis like now;
  • barriers against a renationalization in the constitutions;
  • property and free enterprise and taxation;
  • сoncept of property in the constitutional sense;
  • the civil law concept of property;
  • property and town planning and building development;
  • constitutional concept of shareholder property;
  • constitutional conditions of expropriation;
  • concept and function of municipal property.

The traditional participants are judges of the constitutional courts of European and CIS countries, judges of the European Court of Human Rights and European Court of Justice, and leading Russian and international experts in constitutional law.
