funded by the International Bank for Reconstruction and Development as an administrator of the Grant provided by the Government of Japan through the Japan Social Development Fund (JSDF).

Analysis of Gained Experience

A particular attention within the Project is paid to the analysis of the gained experience, which later on could be used for the elaboration of the state programs on legal aid or in operation of the legal aid centers for the universities, political parties and NGOs. As a result of the Project implementation the following brochures will be elaborated:

• Brochure on how to determine the groups of people in need of legal aid
• Brochure on how to choose the lawyers and students capable of providing high quality legal aid
• Brochure on how to analyze the operation of the legal aid centers
• Brochure on minimum standards for provision of legal aid
• Handout for the lawyers on the particularity of legal aid for the poor.
